Hi, I'm Alice!

A qualified baby and toddler sleep consultant, and most importantly a mum to my little boy, Albert.
Albert completely turned our lives upside down, arriving nearly 7 weeks early. He spent two weeks in NICU, whilst I was grateful for the incredible care he received, it was traumatic and heartbreaking having to leave him there every day; desperate to stay by his side but having no choice but to walk away every night. My start to motherhood is something I never could have
prepared myself for.
When we were finally able to bring Albert home, the challenges did not stop there. We navigated a CMPA diagnosis, tongue tie and bronchiolitis – and to top it off, his sleep was back to front, he slept all day long and was awake all night. My partner and I took shifts so one of us was always awake, the exhaustion however, quickly caught up with us. Just like so many first-time parents, I thought that sleepless nights were just “part of the deal”.
By the time Albert was 5 months old, I had nothing left to give. We had no routine, and his wake ups were unpredictable. I was feeding him back to sleep multiple times a night, not because he needed milk, but purely because I was desperate for rest. I was burnt out, my mental health was suffering, and I felt like I was just surviving each day. That’s when I finally said enough is enough, I knew things had to change and I reached out to a sleep consultant.
Within a week, everything changed. Albert’s sleep had
transformed; he started having consistent day time naps and sleeping peacefully at night. Suddenly I realised that sleep really didn’t need to be that hard. The difference has been life changing – not just for him as he is so much more content, but for me too. I felt like I had finally taken back control of my life, I only wish I had asked for help sooner. It’s true when they say that it takes a village to raise children, I couldn’t have done this on my own.

Wondering how I can help?
This experience inspired me to train to become a sleep consultant. I’ve been there. I’ve been in your shoes – exhausted, overwhelmed, wondering how on earth I was going to get through another night. I truly know the anxiety and panic that creeps in when the sun goes down and the isolation of feeling like you’re the only one awake at 3am whilst the rest of the world is sleeping. Because I’ve lived it. But I now know that it doesn’t have to be like that. My goal really is to support parents and caregivers with understanding and empathy, using practical guidance that really does work.
My approach is about more than just teaching your baby or toddler to self-settle and sleep better – it’s about empowering you as a parent and helping provide you with the tools to be able to feel confident and in control. By the time we are finished, you’ll understand your child’s sleep so well that you’ll know exactly how to handle bumps in the road and changes to routine that are inevitable as our babies grow.
I’d love to support you and your family on this journey. Sleep transformed our lives, I’d love nothing more than to help it transform yours too. every parent deserves rest, and every child deserves peaceful sleep.
